Our team comprises 30 multidisciplinary professionals, supported by more than 100 partners operating nationwide in the management of operational and routine activities. Establishment of the first company in the renewable energy sector, specialising in engineering services, as well as the design and construction of photovoltaic systems.
Foundation of the spin-off Soul S.r.l., dedicated to consultancy in the renewables sector. In parallel, the Subsidised Finance division is launched to support client investment projects.
Creation of the Real Estate division, extending the expertise developed through consultancy on thousands of photovoltaic systems to the optimisation of cadastral values within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. In the same year, several legal entities are set up to support business development, including innovative start-ups, a business incubator, a trade association and a consortium company.
The continued expansion of activities leads Soul to broaden its market focus, extending its services from SMEs to large enterprises.
Launch of Soul Energy Service as a spin-off focused on Energy services. At the same time, the project for the new headquarters is developed, fully aligned with environmental values and workplace wellbeing.
Inauguration of the Bolzano headquarters (Via Sebastian Altmann), together with the opening of operational offices in Verona and Portici (Naples), as well as several commercial outposts across the country.
Adoption of the Organisational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
